Many young people dream of becoming a model. They imagine a glamorous and exciting lifestyle. The reality of being a model is much different. It’s not just standing in front of a camera and smiling. Most people fail to realize that on average the chances of actually becoming a supermodel are slim. The chances of becoming another kind of model are within reach, if you meet the criteria.

Believing in yourself and your dream is a great way to ensure those dreams happen, and that is what Raelia Lewis did. This 23 year old, 6 feet ½ inches Philadelphia native landed a coveted spot as a finalist on America’s Next Top Model Guys/Girls Cycle 21, that Premiered on Monday, August 18th, 2014. I had the opportunity to sit down with Raelia Lewis to talk about her new-found journey, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, editorials, and much more! Raelia Lewis have dream about becoming a model as young as she can remember it. She reported that she tried out three times for ANTM on various season and was rejected; but that did not STOP her dreams; the third time was not the lucky number, but the fourth time was.
She made it to Cycle 21 and was one of the 14 finalist out of 31 hopeful models. Raelia was focus and driven to reach her full potential; while receiving criticisms such as on her walk by Miss J. Raelia have improved that walk and have now coined her own signature walk. Watch out Naomi Campbell.
Although, she was not the final winner due to being eliminated on November 07, 2014 during “The Guy Who Parties Too Hard” challenge. Raelia was not going to let that stop her. Raelia have made a name for herself on the runway circuit. She has walked in New York Fashion Week 2015 Spring/Summer Collection; including other shows in Europe and magazine covers such as Ellement. We will see more of Raelia Lewis at February, 2015 Fashion Week.
